I windsurf – A video with and by Max Matissek

The Austrian freestyle windsurfer Max Matissek finished a clip filmed during his latest trip to Fuerteventura, where he also took part in the PWA freestyle event. However this video does not feature the event, but a different session at Matas Blancas, a spot located 1 km north of Costa Calma. This spot will probably lose a bit of its charm in the future, as the government is building a highway close to the spot.

Max Matissek: “I tried to create a short webclip in the style of a dream or a flashback, …a visualisation before windsurfing… or whatever. A Windsurf-Session which happens in somebodys imaginations. A mixture between clear, weird and unreal images, blackouts and jumps in time…”

 At the moment Max is in Greece to take part at the EFPT event in Sigri.
