Francisco Garcia (E-80) had his PWA wave debut in 2009 and is living in Almeria in the south of Spain, like Victor Fernandez, who is as well living there. With only 20 years Francisco is one of the younger wave riders on the PWA tour and already now he impresses with nice jumps in his heats. For example this is a very nice Backloop he did during one of his heats this year in Pozo, Gran Canaria.
