After a pre-dawn downpour that lasted from 6 till past 8 am, the wind, chilled by the spell of rain, started picking up power around 9 am. As I launched, about 10 minutes later, it was 15 knots. In the next 2-3 hours, the gusts reached 18 knots, beyond the ship zone, especially behind Keta, touching 20 knots.
