German Freestyle Battle 2010

“There was a conflict between the DWC (the German Windsurf Cup) and the German Freestyle windsurfers. So we decided to create our own independent thing, the German Freestyle battle 2010. Most of the top German freestyle riders – Normen Günzlein, Tilo Eber, Johannes Witte and myself – were competing at Großenbrode. 27 riders participated in the German Freestyle Battle. We had great windconditions and most of the guys were sailing 4,0 to 4,7 m big sailsizes. I could win the competition in front of Normen Günzlein and Tilo Eber,” Adrian Beholz stated after the event.
