In my opionion a Goiter ist not absolutely defined, if you land it in the wave or not. As well Sotavento is a special place for this move, because the wind is so offshore. Even the riders call the move there Goiter.
A Ponch is a Goiter in Flatwater. Here Leo Ray uses the wave for his move against the normal windsurfing direction. For a Ponch he would not change his windsurfing direction that much and he would make the move in flatwater.
