Today Windfinder.com released their Windfinder iPhone Application. With the application, you will be able to browse real time observations to see the current conditions at your favorite spot. And you will receive six days of wind and weather forecasts so that you will never miss a good day again!

Windfinder hat wohl die unzuverlässigsten Vorhersagen, die es je auf der Welt gab! Wer für die App bezahlt hat selber Schuld. Sowohl die Vorhersagen als auch die Messwerte liegen teilweise bis zu 20 Knoten von den Realwerten auseinander. Heute sinds z.B. 10 Knoten. 13 sind gemessen worden (wo auch immer wahrscheinlich hinter ner Klimaanlage oder hinterm Düsenjettriebwerk, welches sich grade abschaltet) haben aber draußen nur 3 Knoten! Die “Messwerte” sind alle lächerlich und grenzen schon an bewusste Verarschung und Irreführung. Sollten sich eher auf Werbung spezialisieren, da ist man Lügen gewohnt!
