Brazilian Slalom Championships 2009 – Day 1

on 15. November, 2009 – 17:52 / No Comment

In relatively strong wind in Camocim in the north of Brazil and super flat water conditions big names from the Slalom scene are fighting for points: Gabriel Browne, Alberto Menegatti, Kurosh Kiani, Wilhelm Schurmann battle it out in the Brazilian Slalom Championships at Camocin.

Camocim is located in the state of Ceara at the rivermouth of the river Coreau, in 4 to 5 hours driving distance from Fortaleza and further north than Jericoacoara. The location offers an incredible natural beach and excellent Slalom conditions.

After the first day Alberto “Bambi” Menegatti took the lead in front of Wilhelm “Schurminator” Schurmann. Looks like the Formula training on Ilhabela 3 weeks ago brought some positive effects on their constitution! Alberto was on 7,0 and 111 liters.
